I may have started my college career on the Pre-Medical track, but during my organic chemistry class, I just fell in love. My professor asked me to join her research team, and after four months of that, I fell in love again! This led to my decision to switch to the PhD track. I plan to earn my PhD in organic chemistry and pursue a career teaching in a college classroom.

Throughout college thus far, my friends' favorite method of studying has been to ask me to lead a study session, and ask questions as I explain everything we had learned for the exam. It was through this method that one of my best friends who was a C student, became an A student. This is what led me to the realization that I love to teach. I followed this realization with applying to be the General Chemistry Teaching Assistant, and continued to teach students chemistry throughout this school year.
